Lussan-Adeilhac is a small village with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees.
The two communities of Lussan and Adeilhac were united in 1839. The church of Saint-Paul has a walled bell tower.
The commune is watered by the Nère, a tributary of the Louge. The remains of the Lagrange water mill can be seen on the banks of the Nère.
The Château de Beaulieu, with its beautiful tower, stands in the heart of the village. The “work” of a blacksmith is one of the local curiosities.
