On the banks of the River Garonne and its ViaGarona hiking trail (pilgrim route to Santiago de Compostela), 10 minutes' drive from the earthenware town of Martres Tolosane and the Ariège department, come and spend an unforgettable holiday in these 3 wonderful guest rooms! This characterful, detached former farmhouse is set in 2 hectares of unenclosed land. Large, grassy courtyard with shade and flowers. Small flea market in the garden shed. Table d'hôtes with vegetables from the garden. The house has 2 levels. The lounge and dining room are shared with the owners. - Louise's bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed (140 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm) with vestibule, private shower room and separate WC - Rose's bedroom (independent access): 2 single beds (100x200 cm) and private shower room and WC on the ground floor and, on the first floor, connected by an outside staircase, 1 double bed (140 cm) + washbasin - Elisabeth's bedroom on the ground floor (independent access): 1 double bed (160 cm) with separate shower room and WC (Italian shower). Access: towards Couladère-Mauran. Table d'hôtes by prior arrangement at €28 per person, with emphasis on home-made dishes and local produce. TELETRAVAIL: a table and a lamp are available (close to an electrical socket for plugging in a laptop, extension lead and power strip on request). High-speed internet connection (wifi). 4G telephone coverage
