Sentier de Coulieu

1. With your back to the town hall, facing the Pyrenees, take the D13F on your right for about 650m.

2. Turn right at ‘Coussaou’. Follow the path down into the woods. 500m further on, you will cross a small tributary of the Bernès over the pretty Roman bridge. Continue straight on for around 700m.

3. Then take the path on the right and go straight downhill for 900m. You will come to the small tarmac road that runs alongside the Pégot stream.

4. Turn left as far as Coulieu* and its wash-house.

5. Retrace your steps and follow the small road for 1.8km to the crossroads where you turn right onto the D10F, which leads up to the village.

6. When you reach the crossroads (stop sign), turn right and walk past the church to get back to the starting point.
