On Sunday 26 July 2026, the 30th Rando Ferme Nature will set off, organised by the Sénarens rural community centre, Civam 31 and the Confédération Paysanne
Organised by the Foyer Rural de Sénarens, the Confédération Paysanne 31 and the CIVAM 31,
with the participation of the Association Rando-Gym de Saint-Araille and the Labastide-Paumès festival committee.

Programme
Start and finish on the village square in Labastide Paumès
Lunch picnic on the square in front of the Sénarens community centre, with stalls selling farm produce.
Routes: Walking, horse riding° and mountain biking°° (guided tours available).
The routes are signposted along local roads and footpaths through a hilly area (approximately 20 km walking route, with the option to do just part of it: free shuttle bus available).

Rides through farms and natural areas
Tour of local heritage sites
Wildlife, flora and remarkable views
In the evening: paella dinner at the community hall in Labastide Paumès.

-> Departures between 8.30 am and 11 am: you can cycle all day at your leisure. Supervision provided from 8.30 am to 6 pm
-> Lunch break in Sénarens (halfway point)
