The accommodation
My home is welcoming and I’m on hand to cater for your every need,
with a few delicacies and homemade products that I will be delighted to offer you! Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In winter you will find a heated, very well insulated house, and in summer you have air conditioning! On your arrival you will find everything you need to start your stay (cleaning products, breakfast).

Access for travellers
Outside, there is a separate garden in the shade of the trees, with a barbecue for grilling, a table, chairs, a relaxer and a hammock. Children can play, cycle and play football. The garden is fenced and spacious.

Other comments
When you arrive, I will ask you to pay a cleaning deposit of between €30 and €70, depending on the number of people staying in the gîte. This will be returned on the day of departure, after an inventory of fixtures and fittings has been carried out by mutual agreement between the parties.
The deposit paid to Airbnb is independent and is used to settle any disputes.
In addition, an EDF meter reading is taken on the arrival and departure of the tenants. Over 8kw/ or 56 KW/week (fixed rate included in the price), a supplement will be payable based on actual consumption HC and HP.
