LA CASCADETA – GITE L’ATELIER

La Cascadeta, which means “little waterfall” in Occitan, is located in the village of Marignac-Lasclares, between Toulouse and the Pyrenees. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden offering the relaxing and refreshing murmur of a waterfall. We look forward to welcoming you for an authentic stay in the heart of the Garonne!

Our gîte, l’Atelier, is located on our property (shared access with the main house, where we live and where we have guest rooms).
The gîte comprises :
on the ground floor: a kitchen/dining room and a living room
Upstairs: two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
In the living room, a bay window with electric roller shutter opens onto the dedicated garden area.
We will of course provide garden table and chairs.
The adjoining garage provides parking for one car.
The gîte sleeps 4 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a cot.

A 3.2m x 10.2m swimming pool, located between the gîte and the main house. It is shared between guests of the gîte and our hosts.

A relaxation area with sun loungers is nearby. Access to the pool is from 10am to 7pm to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet.
