Large private swimming pool (13 x 5 m), large and small terraces, shady lawns to enjoy the outdoor sunshine and the beautiful surrounding countryside with views of the countryside and the Pyrenees in fine weather.

Beautiful gym, optionally with treadmill, stepper, single bike and eliptical bike, rowing machine, weight bench, stetching, etc.

Plenty of walking and exploring in the surrounding countryside of Toulouse, Gers, Ariege and the Pyrenees to discover its many historical and tourist treasures.
