Halle de style Eiffel

An old market hall, supported by large pillars and topped with a canal tile roof, is mentioned in the livre terrier du Fousseret in 1530. At the time, wolves from the Labarthe forest, attracted by the blood of animals slaughtered by butchers, even came here at night. At the end of the 19th century, the town council decided to demolish the old market hall and replace it with a modern metal building.
