Welcome to Ferme Rostaing – La Poule aux Pommes et le Coq aux Vignes, a family-run farm committed to certified organic farming. Here, animal welfare and respect for nature are at the heart of everything we do.

Our certified organic eggs come from laying hens reared on rotational grazing systems, in enclosures managed according to the principles of regenerative agroforestry. This farming method promotes biodiversity, animal welfare and soil conservation, whilst ensuring high-quality produce.

The produce is available for direct purchase at the farm, by appointment, offering a special opportunity to chat with the farmer.

Eggs are also available at local markets:
Martres-Tolosane: Tuesdays from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Saint-Martory: Fridays from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
