L’Engrain’s bread consumers support a whole organic sector, from the farmers of the Gers to the miller Jérôme Fahl in Montblanc, who works on an 18th-century stone millstone!
Every Friday, a small market is gradually being set up around and with the bread. Together, we’re building a place of critical conviviality where we take the time to meet the producer and share his difficulties!
