Here, we cook duck, but not just any duck: the palmipeds come straight from the family farm! Under the chestnut trees, you can enjoy aiguillettes, grilled duck breast and the famous pan-fried foie gras. In these difficult times for duck farming, the management suggests gourmet recipes based on veal from a local farm near the commune of Le Plan.
