About

Manjar Viu is a lacto-fermentation vegetable processing company based in the south-west of Toulouse, at the Bordanova third-centre in Lahage (31).

We work with local organic growers. This means that our vegetables have a short transport route and no intermediate storage. The production of our enzymes is based on the raw materials available throughout the seasons.
