At the helm, Fanny instils a philosophy that is as simple as it is demanding: sublimate without distorting. Inspired by Curnonsky’s famous maxim that “cooking is when things taste like what they are”, she puts together a spontaneous, evolving à l’ardoise menu, following the rhythm of the seasons and nature.

In a friendly, authentic atmosphere, you can enjoy dishes made with fresh produce, carefully selected. Each bite reveals the right flavours, straightforward and unpretentious.
